Your Oral Surgery Team – Dumfries, VA
Our Wonderful Dumfries Staff
The Oral & Facial Surgery Center of Virginia is known for offering exceptional care and a great overall patient experience. All of that starts from the very moment you schedule an appointment with us, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful individuals that make up our staff. Below you can get to know some of our team members a bit better so that there will already be some familiar faces to greet you when it’s time for your first appointment.
Ileana, Patient Care Coordinator

Ileana is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida! She has over six years of experience in the dental field, which includes working as an office manager and at an endodontic practice. Since joining our team, her favorite part of her job has been building relationships with our patients.
Ileana’s dad is from El Salvador and her mom is from Nicaragua. Now, she is married with two beautiful girls of her own, Leanne and Catalina. Together, they love going on road trips, spending time at the beach, and trying different foods.
Abby, Insurance Coordinator

With close to a decade of experience in the dental field, Abby is an incredible asset to our team. Not only does she help patients understand their insurance benefits, but she also gets the opportunity to build positive relationships with them. Being able to directly interact with others and help provide comfort and reassurance to everyone who walks through our doors is rewarding for her.
Away from the office, Abby lives with her husband, their three children, and their pet dog. Other than helping patients with getting dental care, she enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones, reading, and trying new cooking recipes.
Stephanie, Certified Dental Assistant
Bilingual Speaker (English & Spanish)

Born to a Salvadoran father and a Honduran mother, I was raised in Virginia after being born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. My diverse background has shaped my passion for helping others, and I dedicate much of my time to making a positive impact in the community. I graduated high school in 2022 with the Governor's Award, recognizing my commitment to educating others about environmental impact, an issue close to my heart.
Since 2022, I’ve been working as a certified dental assistant, where I find joy in meeting new patients and working closely with them to ensure the best care. I am deeply committed to continuously enhancing my skills, learning from my patients and colleagues alike. Being bilingual in both English and Spanish allows me to provide equal and compassionate care to all of my patients, regardless of their background.
My long-term goal is to pursue a career as a nurse or dental hygienist, but I trust that whatever path I choose will align with my passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of those around me.
