By investing in a small monthly premium, your Aetna Dental Insurance plan allows you to access a nationwide network of dental professionals and specialists, lowering your cost for many treatments. While the specifics of each plan will vary, most policies follow these coverage guidelines:
- 100% coverage for preventive services.
- 80% coverage for minor restorative services.
- 50% coverage for major restorative services.

With Aetna Dental Insurance, you’re welcome to visit an out-of-network dentist or specialist; however, please be aware that while your coverage may still be accepted, you may be required to pay the difference between the office fees and your policy’s allowable amount at the time of services.
